Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

PDF Gate for Webflow ("PDF Gate", "we", "us") is built and operated by VictorFlow. These terms form an agreement between you and VictorFlow. If you use PDF Gate on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it. Questions? Email info@victorflow.com.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including actions by members you invite.
• Tell us straight away at info@victorflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. The Service

PDF Gate lets you upload PDFs, place them behind lead-capture gates on your Webflow site, and collect details from visitors who want to view or download them. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Plans and Billing

• PDF Gate offers a Free plan and paid plans. Plans differ by storage and features, as shown on the Billing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar.sh. Prices exclude any taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• If we change our prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will give you notice beforehand.
• If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until your billing is up to date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your PDFs stay online until then. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Because the service is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. We will consider a refund for a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize, or a technical problem that stopped you using the service and that support could not fix. Email info@victorflow.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; chargebacks raised without contacting us may lead to account suspension.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the PDFs, designs, and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to run PDF Gate for you, including serving your PDFs to visitors who pass your gates.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

7. Visitor Data

You are responsible for the information your gates collect from visitors to your site. You must have a lawful basis to collect it, give visitors any notices or obtain any consent that applicable law requires, and use the data lawfully. We process visitor data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

• Upload malware, or content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis, or send spam to the leads you collect
• Try to access other users' accounts or data, or get around plan limits or security measures
• Overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

9. Webflow and Third-Party Services

PDF Gate connects to Webflow and relies on other third-party providers. Your use of Webflow is governed by Webflow's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and changes they make may affect how PDF Gate works.

10. Our Intellectual Property

PDF Gate, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to VictorFlow. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PDF Gate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you do not pay, or if we need to in order to protect the service, other users, or the law. When an account is closed, your PDFs stop being served and we delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

PDF Gate is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, VictorFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to PDF Gate is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. For significant changes, we may notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use PDF Gate after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
